In The Quah is free to read and always will be, and every business's listing is free. Local supporters keep it running, and get a page that works harder for them.
A supporter listing
$20 a month. One price, no contract, stop whenever you like.
- A page that looks like yours: your logo, a cover photo and up to six more, your story in your own words, and links to your menu, Facebook and Instagram.
- Call, Directions, Website and Menu buttons at the top, one tap from a phone.
- A spot at the top of your section, Eat & drink, Shop or Business, marked as a supporter. Two at a time, changing daily, so it never turns into a wall of ads.
- Your day on the front page. One business at a time, a different one each day: right now that would be every day.
- A note each month with how many people saw your page and how many tapped to call, get directions or visit your website.
Photos and logos come from you, and you tell us they're yours to share. Your hours show as "From the owner" once you confirm them.
Free for every business
Every restaurant, shop and business in Tahlequah has a listing here, paid or not, with its hours, address, phone and link. Claim yours free to correct anything, any time. We'll call the number on the listing to make sure it's you.
What money doesn't buy
A better place in the lists. Supporters get their labeled spot above a section, and that's all. Below it every business appears in the same order, with the same details, whether it pays or not.
A place in the events list. Not a better spot, not a bigger card, not a mention. The list is what people come for, and the day it can be bought is the day it stops being worth reading. Your event is listed if it's an event in Tahlequah, same as everyone's, paid or not.
We also turn some businesses away: payday lenders, vape and tobacco, anything adult, political campaigns, crypto, and multi-level marketing. Nothing personal: this page sits next to a list of food pantries, and that has to stay clean.
